Total time
6 hours 35 mins

  • 2 to 2.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 8 oz buffalo sauce (I used Primal Kitchen mild & sweet buffalo sauce)
  • toppings such as cucumber slices, celery sticks, carrots, rice, spinach, tortilla wraps, etc

  1. Add the chicken breast to the slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, dill weed, salt, and ground pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken. Pour the buffalo sauce all over the chicken. Make sure that the chicken is covered in sauce & spices.
  2. Close the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  3. Take a couple forks and shred the chicken, and stir everything together. Cook on LOW for 30 more minutes.
  4. Enjoy solo or serve on top of salads or rice, with celery sticks + cucumbers + carrots, on buns, or in a tortilla wrap. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or can store longer in the freezer.
