Egg Burgers

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 small pieces of cheese
  • 4 round slices of cucumber
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 pieces of lettuce/spinach
  • 4 toothpicks
  • sesame seeds


  1. Hard-boil a few eggs. Once they cool, cut them in half horizontally. 
  2. Lay the bottom piece of the egg, and add the cheese, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and then the top piece of the egg. Secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top so it looks like a bun 🙂 Store any leftovers in the fridge.
