- 1 cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese block
- 1 vegan cheese wheel
- green grapes
- red grapes
- GF crackers
- Lay the cheese on the platter. You can cut a few slices as well.
- Add the olives to the platter. I put them in small glass bowls on the platter.
- Lay the green & red grapes alongside the cheese & olives.
- Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries on the platter.
- Add the pecans and cashews to the platter.
- Add the crackers to the platter.
