  • 1 cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese block
  • 1 vegan cheese wheel
  • olives
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • raspberries
  • strawberries
  • green grapes
  • red grapes
  • pecans
  • cashews
  • GF crackers


  1. Lay the cheese on the platter. You can cut a few slices as well. 
  2. Add the olives to the platter. I put them in small glass bowls on the platter. 
  3. Lay the green & red grapes alongside the cheese & olives.
  4. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries on the platter. 
  5. Add the pecans and cashews to the platter.
  6. Add the crackers to the platter.
