Healthy Cheez-Its

  • slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 wooden toothpick
  • salt


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Take slices of cheddar cheese, and cut into small squares.
  3. Lay these cheese squares on parchment paper. Make sure there is enough space in between each piece. 
  4. Poke a center hole in each cheese square with a wooden toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle salt all over them.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
