Avocado Shrimp Bites

Ingredients

  • 15 Brazi Bites cheddar & parmesan Brazilian cheese bread
  • Cajun seasoned shrimp
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • tomato, chopped
  • orange bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Space frozen bites 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  4. Flatten Brazi Bites.
  5. In a small bowl, mash avocado. Add lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. 
  6. Add mashed avocado to Brazi Bites. 
  7. Add shrimp to most of the Brazi Bites, and add chopped tomato & bell pepper to remaining Brazi Bites.
