  • 2 slices of BFree Foods brown seeded loaf
  • 1 small avocado, mashed into a paste
  • a few slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 small beet, sliced
  • handful of cashews, chopped
  • 1 lemon wedge, juiced
  • salt & pepper 


  1. Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of bread.
  2. Add a slice of smoked salmon to bread.
  3. Add sliced beets to bread.
  4. Add chopped cashews to bread.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice on bread & add a dash of salt & pepper.
