Ingredients

  • reusable popsicle molds
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup berries, diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup creamy nut butter (optional)
  • chocolate (optional)

Preparation

  1. Use a blender or food processor to combine the yogurt, berries, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract, and nut butter. If you don't have a blender/food processor, you can still mix everything together well in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the reusable popsicle molds.
  3. Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or overnight. If you need help getting the yogurt pops out of the mold, then you can run the mold under warm water for a bit. Store any leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  4. For a sweeter treat, you can dip the popsicles in melted chocolate. Make sure that you do this after at least 5 hours in the freezer. Put back in the freezer for at least an hour.
