Stephanie’s Crepes

Everything is GF except for 1 sauce that contains soy sauce (house sesame dressing). This sauce is prepared offsite and kept in a designated space to avoid cross contamination.

Savory Crepes

• scrambled organic eggs & cheddar: with aioli and can add avocado & smoked salmon
• bacon & organic eggs: with aioli & can add cheddar cheese
• organic scrambled eggs & truffled mushrooms: with spinach and can add gruyere cheese
• turkey corndogs: with corn, mixed greens, aioli, daikon, cheese, banana ketchup, Japanese chili, red onions, shallots

Salad Crepes

• shrimp avocado: shrimp, avocado, spinach, carrots, red peppers, wasabi aioli, sweet chili sauce
• prosciutto mozzarella: prosciutto, arugula, aioli, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic glaze
• salmon avocado: smoked salmon, avocado, spinach, capers, onions, cream cheese
• smokey bacon crumble: bacon crumbles, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, shallots, chipotle aioli, balsamic dressing
• chicken pesto: chicken, basil pesto, arugula, golden raisins, goat cheese

Vegetarian Crepes

• brie apple walnut: honey, brie, apples, walnut, arugula, carrots, aioli, & can add shrimp/chicken/turkey
• strawberry walnut goat cheese: yuzu, strawberries, arugula, carrots, raisins, walnuts, goat cheese, balsamic dressing
• la crepe della nonna: mozzarella, organic greens, Grandma’s tomato sauce

Sweet Dessert Crepes

• can add vanilla or matcha ice cream to any crepe
