Caprese Zoodles

  • 1 cup zoodles (zucchini noodles)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • ½ cup mozzarella perlini (these are extra-small balls of mozzarella)
  • basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • balsamic glaze


  1. Prepare zoodles. You can buy already prepared zoodles or use a veggie spiralizer to spiralize 1-2 zucchinis. Drain excess water from zoodles.
  2. Put zoodles in a bowl, and add salt & pepper. 
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil to zoodles.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
