Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza

  • Caulipower crust
  • 1 cup of stuffing 
  • 6 pieces of roasted squash
  • 6 pieces of roasted Brussels sprouts
  • handful of cranberries
  • crumbled dairy free cheese
  • thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove crust from box & overwrap.
  3. Add a layer of stuffing to crust.
  4. Add squash and Brussels sprouts on top of stuffing. 
  5. Cook pizza crust on middle rack or on a sheet pan for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Top with cranberries, thyme and crumbled cheese.
