Mini Caprese Bites

Ingredients

  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved and pitted
  • 40 mozzarella perlini (these are extra-small balls of mozzarella)
  • basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • balsamic glaze

Preparation

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and remove the seeds. I used a spoon to remove the seeds.
  2. Add a basil leaf and mozzarella ball to each tomato half.
  3. Sprinkle salt & pepper on the bites.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze all over the caprese bites or put some aside for dipping.
