Mini Caprese Bites
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved and pitted
- 40 mozzarella perlini (these are extra-small balls of mozzarella)
- salt & pepper to taste
- balsamic glaze
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and remove the seeds. I used a spoon to remove the seeds.
- Add a basil leaf and mozzarella ball to each tomato half.
- Sprinkle salt & pepper on the bites.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze all over the caprese bites or put some aside for dipping.
