Ingredients

  • Enjoy Life Foods muffin mix
  • ¼ cup of avocado oil
  • 1 cup plus 2 tsp water
  • 2 bananas
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  3. Pour into a bread tin.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned a bit.
  5. Add more chocolate chips on top if desired.
