Ingredients

  • ½ cup of oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 oz pumpkin seeds
  • 2 oz flaxseeds
  • 2 oz chia seeds
  • 2 oz cranberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl, and pour into pan
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve with fruit if desired.
