Berry Yogurt Pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • 1 scoop of Bennie Blend Superfood Berry Blend
  • 6 oz yogurt


  1. In a small bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add two eggs to bowl, and mix well.
  3. Pour onto hot greased griddle, making 8-10 small pancakes.
  4. Add 1 scoop of Bennie Blends to yogurt and stir well.
  5. Stack the pancakes up with yogurt in between each pancake, and add blueberries & strawberries.
