Ingredients

  • 2 Hilary's Eat Well veggie burgers
  • 1 GF everything bagel
  • hummus
  • sweet potato
  • mixed greens
  • 2 slices of cheese

Preparation

  1. Toast the bagel and heat up the veggie burgers.
  2. Spread hummus generously on the bottom half of the bagel and top with mixed greens.
  3. Stack 1 veggie burger followed by a slice of cheese, sliced sweet potato, 1 more veggie burger, 1 more slice of cheese, and then add the top half of the bagel.
