  • 4 slices of bread
  • dairy free chive cream cheese spread
  • peanut butter
  • cherry tomatoes
  • spinach
  • bananas
  • cacao nibs
  • GF granola

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread peanut butter on 2 slices of bread and then spread chive cream cheese on 2 slices of bread.
  3. Top the PB toasts with granola, cacao nibs, and banana.
