Salted Caramel Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of GF flour
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp BiPro unflavored whey protein powder
  • salted caramel frosting

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and line cupcake liners in a muffin pan.
  2. Makes about 18 cupcakes.
  3. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl and then mix in eggs.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add milk and then vanilla.
  6. Add whey protein powder.
  7. Stir well, and divide evenly between 18 cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Cool the cupcakes and then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Frost the cupcakes with salted caramel frosting and then top with white sprinkles.
