Reese's Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup GF all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • chocolate chips
  • Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped up

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with non-stick aluminum foil. I used an 8x8 inch glass pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Gradually add flour & beat until well-blended.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and Reese's peanut butter cups.
  7. Pour batter into pan.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes.
