  • ½ cup salted butter
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of GF flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk
  • cream cheese frosting
  • Next Chocolates blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Stir butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and beat them.
  4. Add GF flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk, and blend until well combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the 18 cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Add buttercream frosting & chocolate & sprinkles on top of the cupcakes as you wish.
