Chia Seed Pudding
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup Pure Brazilian coconut water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- t tbsp of maple syrup or agave syrup or honey
- GF granola
- Mix chia seeds into the coconut water, and then stir in the coconut milk.
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Top with GF granola and strawberries or other toppings of your choice!
