Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup Pure Brazilian coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • t tbsp of maple syrup or agave syrup or honey
  • GF granola
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds into the coconut water, and then stir in the coconut milk.
  2. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for at least two hours.
  3. Top with GF granola and strawberries or other toppings of your choice!
