Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel carrots & cut into fry-like shapes.
  3. Pour seasoned flour mix into a big ziplock baggy, along with the cut carrots, and shake well.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  5. Add a bit of oil to parchment paper.
  6. Shake off the excess flour from the fries, and lay the carrot fries on the sheet.
  7. Add more oil.
  8. Place in oven and cook for about 40 minutes, or until the fries are browned and crisp.
  9. Serve with chipotle mayo and/or ketchup.
