Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup GF flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Pour batter into 8x8 baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
